Willo Affiliate Scheme Terms and Conditions

Willo offers a generous 60-day cookie period.

1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the participation in the affiliate scheme (the "Affiliate Program") operated by [Company Name] ("Company").
1.2 By joining the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Enrollment

2.1 To become an Affiliate, you must complete the application form on our website.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products/services using ethical and lawful marketing practices.
3.2 The Affiliate must not make false claims or engage in misleading advertising.
3.3 The Affiliate must not engage in spamming or use any unsolicited commercial email.

4. Commissions

4.1 Affiliates will earn commissions based on the sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
4.2 The commission rate is $25 for each sale. Or 25% of the net sale value. Depending on the type of affiliate. 
4.3 Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of £25 is met.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates and payout schedules at any time with prior notice to the Affiliate.

5. Payment

5.1 Payments will be made via Paypal, and Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
5.2 The Company is not responsible for any delays or errors in payment caused by incorrect payment information provided by the Affiliate.

6. Termination

6.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for breach of these terms and conditions or any other reason.
6.2 The Affiliate may terminate their participation by providing written notice to the Company.
6.3 Upon termination, the Affiliate will no longer be entitled to earn or receive commissions.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 The Affiliate agrees to keep confidential all information disclosed by the Company that is marked as confidential or would reasonably be understood to be confidential.
7.2 This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after termination of the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 The Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Company’s trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products/services.
8.2 The Affiliate must not modify the Company’s trademarks or logos in any way without prior written consent from the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program.
9.2 The Company’s total liability to the Affiliate will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate under these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

PPC Restrictions
Publishers may not bid on any brand terms, brand + generic misspells or any other variation of the brand including but not limited to: Willo, Willo Talent, Willo Video, willotalent.co.uk or willo.video. All publishers must negative match all Willo brand terms, misspells and variations.
